Due to the complexities associated with the eCrater shipping matrix, the shipping charges for USA customers are usually accurate. However, INTERNATIONAL shipping charges have only been calibrated for orders containing 1-5 books. Anything larger will have to be reviewed and adjusted manually. Refunds will be given in the event of excessive overcharge.

Generally, the answer is "no". Due to the rarity of some items, we only have 1 copy in stock. Sold out items are left up for archival purposes. You are free to contact me for a request and I will try my best to locate another copy if possible.

Cancelled orders requested by the customer are subject to restocking fees. Paypal fees and eCrater Marketplace fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. Paypal fee: 3.49% + $0.30 eCrater Marketplace fee: 2.9% of item total You can use the values above to estimate your total restocking fee should you choose to willingly cancel your order. Refunds issued due to the fault of the seller will have no restocking fee.
